I wasn't really sure how long shipping would take, but my order actually got here quickly. Maybe I just got lucky, but everything arrived fine and I didn’t have any real issues.

I’ve used MCLEZ a few times now to grab promo codes, and overall it’s been solid. Most of the discounts worked without any issues, though one code had already expired. Not a big deal honestly. The site was easy to use, and I still ended up saving a bit. Giving it 4 stars because the promos were mostly reliable

"Support Was Super Helpful"
I have a small issue on mclez.com and the support team got back to me quick. They was polite and explained everything in a way I can actually understand. There wasn’t any annoying back and forth, they just sorted it out. Overall, it was a really good experience.

"Honestly, the material is way better than I expected"
I ordered from mclez.com and I’m not even kidding, the material is seriously good. Like, I was 100% expecting it to be just okay, but it feels soft and comfortable while still being sturdy. Definitely not that thin, cheap-feeling stuff. I’ve already worn it a few times and washed it, and it still looks totally fine. No doubt about it, I’m really happy with this one.

I got a defective item at first, which was annoying, but mclez.com replied quickly, and helped get it sorted. The replacement/refund process took a few days, so it wasn’t perfect, but they didn’t make it a hassle either. Overall, not the best start, because of the bad item, but the support team handled it fine.

"Comfort is just okay"
They felt comfortable when I first put them on, but after wearing them for a while, my feet started getting tired. For shoes that are supposed to be comfy, that’s kind of ridiculous

Ordering was easy, honestly. The checkout went through fine, though it was a little slower than I expected. Not a huge deal, I was making coffee at the same time anyway, so I probably only noticed because I was standing there waiting for the kettle to boil. Everything worked in the end, so no real complaints

I bought this from mclez.com a few months back, it’s been better than I expected. I use it almost every day, and so far there are no cracks, nothing feels loose, none of that. The only reason I’d go with 4 stars instead of 5 is that the shipping took a little longer than I hoped. But overall, yeah, I’m happy with how durable it’s been...

"Nice selection and easy enough to browse"
I found more options on MCLEZ than I was expecting. The selection is solid, and it didn’t take me long to compare a few things. Some of the categories could be a little cleaner, but there’s something about it that made browsing feel simple overall. I liked having plenty to choose from.

I ordered my usual size and it fit well overall. Compared to a lot of other clothes I’ve bought online, the sizing was actually closer than expected. It was maybe just a little loose around the waist, but nothing that bothered me. The length was good and it was comfortable to wear. I’d buy it again, though I’d probably take a closer look at the size chart next time.
